We certify female patients for medical marijuana cards who have been previously diagnosed with an approved condition by following these easy steps...
Step 1. Schedule an appointment with one of our providers at Peaceful Uplift Solutions. Immediately following your booking, you will be emailed the consents to be signed before your appointment. If you like, you can also submit any available prior medical records or clinic notes indicating your approved condition. Our online consults cost $199.
Step 2. Attend your appointment. During your appointment, you tell us your approved condition. The provider will fill out the form for you and submit it to the Vermont Cannabis Control Board.
Step 3. Go to the patient portal for the Vermont Cannabis Control Board. Then fill out your application and pay $50 to the Vermont Cannabis Control Board. The same application form allows you to designate a caregiver as well. Vermont’s Medical Cannabis Program will process complete applications within 30 days of receipt. Once you have your card, you can legally purchase from a medical cannabis dispensary.
